BetAlice KYC Verification Process
BetAlice uses KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to confirm your identity, address, and payment details before it releases certain withdrawals or changes on the account.
Verification is triggered when you request your first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds the site’s internal risk thresholds, after a change to name/date of birth, after an address change, when you add a new card or switch payment method, or when account activity is flagged for fraud checks.
You upload documents in the account dashboard under Verification. BetAlice reviews them and either approves the account or requests a clearer image or an extra document if details don’t match the profile.
Standard review time is 15 minutes to 24 hours after upload. If the case needs a manual check or extra documents, it typically takes 1–3 business days.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A valid passport or national ID card. BetAlice asks for a full-colour photo of the document, all four corners visible, no blur, and no glare. If the ID is double-sided, you upload both sides. A selfie or short “liveness” video may be requested to match your face to the document.
- Address proof: A utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your full name and current address, dated within the last 90 days. Screenshots are rejected if they hide the issuer details or the date. The address must match the one on your BetAlice profile.
- Payment method: For cards, BetAlice requests a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the middle digits covered, and the CVV covered. The cardholder name must match the verified name. For e-wallets, BetAlice requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account identifier (email or wallet ID) plus a transaction record used for deposits.
