Account Verification After Login In BetAlice
BetAlice asks for verification when it needs to confirm identity, age, and payment ownership. The checks appear inside the account area after you sign in and can pause withdrawals until they are approved.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal. It also triggers after a change of personal details (name, date of birth, address), when a new payment method is added, after unusually large deposits or withdrawals, or when logins come from a new country or device.
The review time is commonly 24ā72 hours after all files are submitted. If an image is blurry, cropped, or expired, BetAlice requests a re-upload and the timer effectively restarts from the moment the last acceptable file arrives.
- ID: Government-issued passport, national ID card (front and back), or driverās licence. The document must be valid, show full name and date of birth, and be uploaded in colour with all corners visible.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, council tax letter, or official government letter dated within the last 3 months. The document must show your full name and the same residential address saved in your BetAlice profile.
- Payment Method: For cards, a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits with the middle digits covered, plus the cardholder name; cover the CVV. For e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email/ID, and for bank transfers, a statement showing the IBAN/account number and your name.
- Selfie (If Requested): A live selfie or short video check, sometimes with the ID held next to your face. BetAlice uses this step when it needs to match the account holder to the ID document.
In practice, BetAlice accepts files in JPG/PNG/PDF. The fastest approvals come from high-resolution photos taken in good light, with no edits, filters, or watermarks.
Current state: verification in BetAlice is withdrawal-gated and event-triggered, with standard KYC documents covering identity, address, and payment ownership.
